About the Integration
The Zoho Books integration with eZee Absolute (PMS) and eZee Optimus (POS) enables seamless and automated transfer of financial data from hotel operations directly into your accounting system.
This integration eliminates manual accounting work by automatically recording operational transactions from both Rooms and Food & Beverage into Zoho Books after the Night Audit or End-of-Day process.
Financial Data from eZee Absolute (PMS)
The integration automatically accounts for:
- Guest room invoices
- Direct customer payments
- OTA payments and virtual card settlements
- OTA commissions
- Payment gateway charges
- City ledger and corporate receivables
- Taxes and service charges
All PMS financial data is posted into Zoho Books using a structured Control Accounts approach for simplified reconciliation.
Financial Data from eZee Optimus (POS)
Order Type Based Sales
Sales are posted separately in Zoho Books based on order type:
- Dine-In
- Takeaway
- Room Service linked to PMS folio
- Delivery and online orders
Miscellaneous Sales
Non-menu or ad-hoc charges recorded in POS, such as service items, event charges, and rentals, are synced and posted to designated income accounts in Zoho Books.
POS Payments
All POS settlement modes are transferred, including:
- Cash
- Card
- UPI and wallets
- Online aggregators
Vendor GRN (Goods Receipt Note) Accounting
- Vendor GRNs synced to Zoho Books as purchase bills
- Item-level cost data transferred when enabled
- Tax components on purchases recorded correctly
- Support for tracking payable amounts to vendors
