eZee FrontDesk - On-premise Hotel Management Software
- GST for users in Malaysia
This requirement came up when the Malaysian government changed the tax related policies. So,
when they applied the GST (Goods & Service Tax) across the whole country, we implemented the
needful changes in our desktop PMS and got certified from the authorized body of Malaysian
government. This update helped us getting our software integrated with the local accounting
software of Malaysia.
- BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) for Philippines Country
Introduced by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) of Philippines, the BIR accreditation is
the law to give discount and certain tax related changes for senior citizens, army
personnels as well as localites. We customized our desktop PMS in line with this
announcement and got it certified from the authorized body in Philippines.
- Foreign Currency Folios for business sources
In tourist destination countries like Sri Lanka, occasionally you may need to accept multiple
currencies of different countries. Therefore, to walk in pace with our competitors in that
region, we developed a customization in eZee FrontDesk to create foreign currency folios for
business sources.
- Green Tax Report for Maldives
The Green Tax is a tax which is payable on a day-to-day basis by the non-local guests to the
hotel they are staying in. This was applied exclusively for tourist guesthouses, tourist
resorts, tourist hotels and tourist vessels. So, when the Maldivian government came up with
the Green Tax report submission from the hoteliers regularly every month, we customized eZee
Frontdesk in line with those guidelines especially for our users in Maldives.
- IRD Certified for Nepal
Inland Revenue Department (IRD) portal of Nepal, is responsible for the administration of
taxes such as value added tax, income tax, and excise duty, along with the fair collection
of taxes from businesses and citizens of Nepal. Its integration will facilitate a quick
submission of daily transactions taking place at hotels and restaurants resulting to
eliminate the expenses incurred on physical movement of data, threat of data loss and

in Nepal.
- Shomoos Integration of Saudi Arabia
SHOMOOS (www.shomoos.com.sa) is a
software application service from National Information Network for Visitors, Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia (KSA). It is now a prerequisite for all the hotels operating in the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia (KSA). With the integration of this application with eZee Frontdesk, all the
guest details are shared with the Shomoos Security website directly. So, hotels don't have
to manually encode visitor’s data in SHOMOOS every time they check in their guest. Thereby,
it saves effort and reduces the mistakes that are likely to happen.
- Saudi Commission for Tourism & National Heritage (SCTH)
Integration For Saudi Arabia:
According to a new circular issued by the Saudi Government, now hotels have to integrate with
the government portal to share information about total bookings, cancelled bookings,
expenses and occupancy. We have integrated eZee FrontDesk with this portal. Now as soon as
any booking is created, all of its details such as check-in & check-out time, will be sent
to SCTH Portal automatically. With this integration, hotels don't have to manually send data
to SCTH portal. Thus, a lot of time is saved and accuracy is maintained as well while
transferring the data.
