Refund Policy

1. What is the return policy?

YCS services are made available on a pay-as-you-go basis or pre-payment depending on your preferences. The service is billed to you periodically and is non-refundable, notwithstanding any accounts that have been debited in error or for which appropriate notice (30 days) has been given in writing to cancel your user account. Personalized or custom products can’t be returned. Products marked as non-returnable within the product’s description cannot be returned.

2. Cancellation:

If you choose to terminate your subscription before the end of your subscription plan, no refunds or credits will be provided for the payment you made for your subscription. At the time of termination or after the termination, YCS reserves the right to delete all your account content and related details. Your content cannot be recovered once your subscription is cancelled.

3. Service Availability:

If the service is available for the first 30-day period (or any calendar month thereafter) is below 99.95%, Yanolja Cloud Solution Pvt. Ltd. will issue a credit to you according to the schedule below:

Amount of the refund as a percentage of monthly fees for affected Service:

  • 99.0% to 99.95% - 3% of monthly fee credited
  • 98.0% to 98.99% - 5% of monthly fee credited
  • 95.0% to 97.99% - 10% of monthly fee credited
  • 90.0% to 94.99% - 25% of monthly fee credited
  • 89.99% or below - 2.5% credit for every 1% of lost availability up to the maximum total penalty limit.

4. Can personalized or custom products be returned?

All personalized or custom products are final sale and cannot be returned.

5. How can I claim a refund and what is the refund process?

Simply contact your account manager or mail us at billing@YCStechnosys.com to request a refund. Once claimed, you can expect the amount refunded within 7-15 working days.

6. How do I track my refund?

Once a refund is processed, you will receive an email notification. For information on a refund that is in process, please contact Customer Service.

7. How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is processed, it may take 7-10 business days before showing up on your billing statement.
